Under the Auspices of Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research, Health screening camp August 2024, was conducted in the Royal Nursery & Primary School Pillaiyarpalayam, Kanchipuram on 20.08.24. Program was organized by the Department of community medicine and Urban Health Centre, Meenakshi Medical College & Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram. There were a total of 210 students from class LKG to V. PGs & Faculty from various Specialities such as Paediatrics, Ent, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Dental Participated in the camp. Height, weight, Mid Arm circumference, BMI measured and Head to Toe Examination was done for all the students .Out of the 210 students screened , 146 students were treated for certain diseases and among them 22 students were referred to concerned departments for further treatment and follow-up in Meenakshi Medical College & Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram.
