Deeksharambh 2025–2026: Student Induction Programme at Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences

Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences (MCAHS) organized Deeksharambh 2025–2026, a six-day Student Induction Programme for the newly admitted undergraduate and postgraduate students, marking the start of their academic journey with warmth and inspiration.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Dr. K.V. Rajasekar, Dean (MMCHRI), Prof. Dr. V. Ramnath, Principal (MCAHS), and the Vice Principals of the college. In his address, the Dean highlighted the vision, mission, and goals of the institution, while the Principal welcomed the students and distributed induction materials.

Distinguished alumni Mr. Lamuel Mathew (2019–2023) and Ms. Preethi (2015–2018), both from the Cardiovascular Technology program, shared their enriching experiences, inspiring the freshers with their journeys. They were felicitated with tokens of remembrance, strengthening the bond between alumni and the institution.

Parents expressed their happiness and appreciation for the meaningful programme, adding a warm dimension to the occasion. To further enrich the event, an invited lecture was delivered by Dr. I. Radhika, Assistant Professor of Biochemistry, Tagore Medical College and Hospital, who spoke on emerging opportunities and fast-growing careers in Allied Health Sciences, emphasizing their vital role in healthcare.

Deeksharambh 2025–2026 successfully instilled confidence, belonging, and inspiration among the freshers, preparing them to embrace the opportunities and challenges of their new academic journey at MCAHS.
