The Fine Arts and Cultural Student Council Committee of Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute (MMCHRI) organized PULSE’25 – Enchant, Engage, Eldoria on 23rd and 24th September 2025, celebrating creativity, talent, and cultural diversity among students and faculty.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. M.V.S. Prakash, Retired Director and Professor of Ophthalmology, RIO, Govt. Eye Hospital, Egmore, Chennai, as the Chief Guest. The inaugural ceremony began with the Thamizhthai Vazhthu and the lighting of the Kuthu Vilakku, followed by a vibrant welcome dance. The Phase III MBBS Cultural Secretaries delivered the welcome address, and the Dean, Dr. K.V. Rajasekhar, presented the inaugural address. The ceremony concluded with the Chief Guest’s address, felicitation of dignitaries, a vote of thanks, and the National Anthem.
Following the inauguration, a series of cultural events showcased the diverse talents of students and faculty alike, engaging the audience with music, dance, and artistic performances. PULSE’25 provided an excellent platform for creativity, collaboration, and celebration of the rich cultural spirit within the MMCHRI community.
