The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized an Orientation Programme on Institutional Norms and Policies for newly appointed faculty members on 18th December 2025 at MMCHRI. The programme was designed to acquaint the participants with the institution’s vision and mission, academic regulations, code of conduct, service rules, teaching–learning practices, examination processes, research ethics, and quality assurance frameworks.
The session highlighted the pivotal role of faculty members in upholding academic standards, complying with institutional policies, and contributing meaningfully to IQAC initiatives and accreditation-related activities. Emphasis was placed on professional responsibilities, ethical practices, and continuous quality enhancement in teaching, research, and service.
The programme also featured an interactive discussion segment, providing newly joined faculty members with an opportunity to seek clarifications on institutional procedures and expectations. The programme concluded by fostering clarity, confidence, and a shared understanding among the participants, enabling them to align effectively with professional responsibilities and contribute positively to a culture of academic quality and continuous improvement.
