The ERP Outcome Education Module Training was successfully conducted at Meenakshi Medical College Hospital & Research Institute (MMCHRI) on 6th January 2026 at the 250 CME Hall. The training programme was organized with the objective of strengthening understanding and effective implementation of outcome-based education through the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The session witnessed active participation from the Vice Principal (Academics), Heads of Departments, Department Registrars from all departments, and the ERP Coordinator of MMCHRI. The programme focused on orienting academic leaders and administrative stakeholders on the functionalities of the ERP outcome education module, emphasizing accurate data entry, academic monitoring, assessment mapping, and alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
The training facilitated meaningful discussions on streamlining academic processes, improving institutional documentation, and enhancing transparency and efficiency in outcome-based education practices. Participants actively engaged in the session and gained clarity on utilizing the ERP system to support academic planning, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.
