Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER) has been conferred with the prestigious Tamil Nadu Green Champion Award 2025 by the Government of Tamil Nadu in association with the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, recognizing its exemplary contributions to environmental protection, sustainability initiatives, and environmental awareness.
The award was presented by the Honorable Minister for Finance and Environment & Climate Change, Thangam Thennarasu, who also awarded a cheque of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) in appreciation of MAHER’s sustained commitment to eco-friendly practices and green campus initiatives.
