As part of the observance of International Day of Yoga 2026, the students of Meenakshi College of Yoga Science and Therapy (MCYST), MAHER, participated in a webinar on 29th May 2026 titled “Yoga for Women’s Wellness.”
The webinar was organized by MCYST and was conducted by Mrs. Kavita Kumaraguru, Yogic Science Researcher and Mind-Body Wellness Expert. The session focused on the role of yoga in promoting women’s health and well-being across different stages of life.
The resource person provided valuable insights into how yoga can serve as a preventive and holistic approach to health, emphasizing its benefits in enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The session also explored various dimensions of yoga and its application in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Students actively participated in the webinar and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of yoga in supporting women’s wellness and overall quality of life.
