Arulmigu Meenakshi College of Nursing (AMCON) organized a recruitment drive conducted by Apollo Home Care for the final-year B.Sc. (N) students on 4th October 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event began with the rendition of Tamizh Thai Vazhthu, followed by a cordial welcome address by Dr. S. Victor Devasirvadam, Principal, AMCON.
Dr. Raghavendran, Vice Principal, introduced the visiting team from Apollo Home Care. Mr. Tony, Human Relations Officer, outlined the selection process, while Mr. Boonson, Senior Nurse Educator, provided an engaging session on work structure, duty schedules, leave policies, and employee benefits. He further emphasized the importance of clinical excellence, the training programs offered to staff nurses, and the career growth opportunities available within Apollo Home Care.
The recruitment process comprised a written test conducted via Google Forms, followed by personal interviews with the Apollo Home Care recruitment panel.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Sunitha Devi, Tutor, expressing gratitude to the Apollo team for providing a valuable career opportunity for the students.
The campus interview served as an excellent platform for the graduating students to explore professional prospects in healthcare, fostering confidence and readiness to embark on their nursing careers.
