The Medical Education Unit (MEU) at MMCHRI successfully conducted a dynamic and enriching two-day training program for postgraduate students on the 4th and 5th of December, aimed at strengthening their teaching aptitude, communication abilities, and clinical presentation skills. The program was thoughtfully designed to support postgraduate students in their evolving roles as advanced learners, educators, and future clinicians.
Spanning two days, the program featured a well-balanced mix of interactive lectures, hands-on activities, group discussions, and microteaching sessions that encouraged active participation and reflective learning. Experienced faculty members facilitated the sessions, offering clear guidance and constructive feedback that enabled participants to apply educational principles effectively in real-world academic and clinical contexts.
The postgraduate students highly appreciated the interactive format, the clarity and relevance of the sessions, and the systematic organization of the content. The training significantly enhanced their confidence in teaching and presentation skills while reinforcing the importance of effective communication in clinical practice. Overall, the program served as a valuable academic initiative that contributed meaningfully to the professional growth and teaching preparedness of postgraduate students.
