FHS Students Empowered Through “Job Factory” Skill Development Program

The Placement Cell of MAHER, in collaboration with Naandi Foundation, successfully organized a comprehensive Skill Development Program titled “Job Factory” for final-year students of the Faculty of Humanities and Science (FHS).

Held with the aim of enhancing student employability, the program empowered 179 participants with critical skills required to excel in today’s competitive job landscape. The sessions focused on communication, presentation techniques, and database management, offering students hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools and expectations.

This initiative marked a significant step in bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness, enabling students to approach their professional journeys with greater confidence and competence.
