Infrastructure At MAHER
Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER) campus is located at KK Nagar in Chennai. This place serves to be to the heart of capital city thereby providing quick transport across the country. In addition to our world-class education, the transport service serves to be one of the primary reasons to attract students from diverse cultural backgrounds across the country. MAHER campus has well-established buildings, playgrounds, an auditorium, and other essential amendments. In addition, the administrative block, the Faculty of Humanities and Science, Faculty of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Occupational therapy, and Faculty of Yoga Sciences and Therapy are located within this main campus.
Administrative Block
The administrative block is a three-storeyed building and houses the Chancellor, Rector, Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Finance Officer, and other executive officers. It has an air-conditioned board room with a seating capacity of 50 for official meetings. The building has been furnished with all the safety measures. The Central Research Laboratory (CRL) is set up on the first floor of the building with the latest high-end research equipment for research across the field. The Director of Research is the in-charge of CRL. The highly secured examination cell is set up on the second floor of the building. The examination cell plays a crucial role in getting the question papers from the faculty members until publishing the results, including addressing the exam-related grievances. The well-established infrastructure, modern instruments, and latest software in the examination cell make the work easier and systematic.
Academic Facilities
Our building is so lovely with a personal touch everywhere and beautifully connected with the surrounding nature, which is greatly inspiring for our students and staff. The classrooms and workshops are fully equipped for their purposes. They are light and spacious with big windows facing the surrounding nature.University will be equipped with modern lecture halls with latest learning aids. More than 250 lectures halls across 12 Schools are planned, which shall accommodate all students comfortably.

Central Library at MAHER
In addition to the administrative and academic blocks, the campus has a three-storeyed guest house with a sufficient number of air-conditioned double occupancy, suites, indoor game facility, and dining hall. The campus also has a fully furnished auditorium with a seating capacity of 300 people at a time. Furthermore, to encourage the interest of the students, a ground for track and field events, volleyball court, cricket ground, grass futsal court, and archery training are also available within the MAHER campus.

Sports & Recreational Facilities
One will never find this area without any student playing on it apart from college hours and night. This area is not only used for specific activities but many activities like – basketball, football, Cricket, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, kho-kho, Kabaddi, Health related physical fitness activities like running, jogging, walking, Yogic Asanas. Such activities refreshes our students helps them in academics as well by filling ordinance form by zonal representative upgrade their marks. Physical Education being a part of curriculum, the Practice is also carried out in our college campus.
Facilities Exclusive for Women
The aim of the institution is to see that girls are treated on par with boys and are given all opportunities. In terms of safety and security, the institution has “Anti Sexual Harassment Committee”, “Anti Ragging Committee” and “Student Grievance Redressal Cell”. All these committees aim at solving the issues related to girl students as soon as possible and thus give justice to them. Apart from this the
institution has installed the CCTV cameras in all the class-rooms to keep watch on the activities of the students.
IT Infrastructure Facilities
All the buildings get wide wireless computing network that allows faculty and students to log on the internet at any point of time. All the computers in the campus building are connected with LAN and provided with internet facility. The internet connection to all the users is secured with individual username and password. Our college wants all its students to be conversant with modern learning aids. The internet facility provided to all the 318 work stations with 100 Mbps broadband width. All the workstations are secured with licensed anti-virus, additionally supported by firewall facility to block unnecessary content, monitor and track the browsing activities.
Research Facilities
R&D Cell has been established to promote and monitor the research Programs of the University. The cell administers all the research Programs by monitoring and coordinating the research Programs. It conducts the research review meeting to examine the quality of research being conducted by various teams. The Research & Development Cell of every department takes immense efforts to expose the students to recent developments in the technology through innovative project works and paper presentations.
Innovation & Incubation Facilities
Incubation & Innovation centre at IIT Kanpur fosters innovation, research, and entrepreneurial activities in technology-based areas. It provides a platform for start-ups by budding entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to convert their innovative ideas into commercially viable products. It also provides services related to patenting and commercialization.
Other Facilities
The college is situated in the heart of the city. we are focused on providing a seamless learning experience to its students. In order to deliver a comfortable environment that engages students in their pursuit of knowledge, the Institution has installed a Generators to provide uninterrupted power to all academic and hostel buildings.
