Mission

• To protect the rights of creators and innovators in the development, disclosure and commercialization of intellectual property through legal means.
• To foster an atmosphere conducive to learning via discovery, foster an outlook of responsible IP management practices, and advance an IPR culture consistent with the institute’s pedagogical goals.
• To encourage and direct MAHER’s researchers and inventors toward securing intellectual property rights (IPRs) for their creations, as well as to facilitate the transfer and commercialization of those creations, within the bounds of the institution IPR policy.
