On March 28th, 2025, a one-day conclave titled “E-Mobility Transition: Challenges & Opportunities” was held at Anna University, Chennai, jointly organized by the Climate Compatible Growth South India Network and IGEN. The event brought together experts, academicians, and students to explore the future of sustainable transportation in India.
MAHER was represented by Dr. Roselin (Associate Dean, Extension Activities), Dr. Anitha R. (Deputy Registrar, Administration), and three students from the Faculty of Humanities and Science. Their participation provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of electric mobility.
Key discussions focused on advancements in EV technology, policy frameworks, infrastructure development, and the environmental and economic impact of e-mobility. The conclave featured interactive sessions and panel discussions, highlighting the importance of collaboration between academia, industry, and government.
