Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER) proudly participated in the Russia Day Celebration held on 12th June 2025 at the ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. Representing MAHER at the prestigious event was Mr. K Shree Jayaram, Head of the Innovation & Incubation Centre and Vice President of the Institution’s Innovation Council.
Organized by the Russian Consulate, the event commemorated Russia’s historical journey of transformation, resilience, and development. The celebration commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Alexander Dodonov, Director of the Russian House, followed by an inspiring speech by His Excellency Mr. Valerii Khodzhaev, who highlighted the significance of cultural remembrance and the role of international collaboration in building a shared future.
Mr. Shree Jayaram engaged in insightful discussions with delegates from Russia, Thailand, and South Korea, exploring potential collaborations in the fields of education and research.
The event concluded with a shared commitment to advancing global understanding through cultural dialogue and academic exchange.
