MCYST Conducts Webinar on Applying Yogic Principles for Holistic Well-Being

As part of the observance of International Day of Yoga 2026, Meenakshi College of Yoga Science and Therapy (MCYST), MAHER, organized a webinar on 23rd May 2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

The session was delivered by Mrs. Namrata Sri Hari, Yoga Teacher, Founder of Abhyaasam, and Co-founder of Vyuha Learning Labs. The webinar was coordinated by Ms. Shruthee M. S., Assistant Professor, MCYST.

During the session, the resource person elaborated on the practical application of yogic principles in everyday life and highlighted how yoga can help cultivate inner peace, self-awareness, emotional balance, and mental clarity. She emphasized the importance of integrating simple yogic practices into daily routines to promote overall health and well-being.
