Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences observed Anti-Drug Awareness Week with a pledge-taking ceremony held on 14th August 2025. The programme was organized with the objective of sensitizing students to the harmful effects of drug abuse and motivating them to embrace a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.
Faculty members and students actively participated in the event, taking the pledge to stand united against drug use and to spread awareness among peers and the community. A total of 60 participants joined the pledge, reaffirming their commitment to safeguard the well-being of society.
The observance served as a reminder of the collective responsibility of the youth in creating a drug-free, safe, and healthy future.
