The II and III year students of Renal Dialysis Technology, Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences, actively participated in the National Conference on Dialysis – SIMATS DIACON 2025, held on 25th October 2025. The event was organized by the Department of Nephrology, Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai.
The conference featured a series of insightful scientific sessions emphasizing case-based clinical discussions, recent innovations, and advancements in extracorporeal renal replacement therapies. The sessions provided a comprehensive understanding of current dialysis practices, challenges, and emerging technologies in renal care.
Our students exhibited enthusiastic participation and intellectual curiosity throughout the event, actively engaging with experts and gaining valuable exposure to real-world clinical practices. The conference served as a platform for academic enrichment and knowledge sharing, helping students bridge the gap between theoretical learning and clinical application.
