Prof. Deepa Sundareswaran, Principal of Meenakshi College of Occupational Therapy (MCOT), was invited to serve as a Scientific Chairperson at the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) Congress, held in Bangkok from 9th to 12th February 2026.
As Scientific Chairperson, she played a pivotal role in moderating sessions, guiding scholarly discussions, and ensuring the academic rigor of presentations delivered by international experts and researchers in the field of occupational therapy. Her contribution to the scientific proceedings reflected her expertise and leadership in advancing occupational therapy education and practice at a global level.
In addition to her chairperson responsibilities, Prof. Deepa Sundareswaran also presented a scientific paper during the congress, sharing her research insights with an international audience.
