Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy Students Participate in PHYSiONEXUS 2026 International Physiotherapy Conference

Three first-year postgraduate students from the Department of Pediatric and Neonatal Sciences, Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy (MCPT) successfully participated in PHYSiONEXUS 2026, an International Physiotherapy Conference hosted by the Department of Physiotherapy, Garden City University, on 10 September 2026, followed by a Post-Conference Workshop on Strength & Conditioning on 11 September 2026.

The two-day programme provided the students with an enriching academic and practical learning experience. They actively participated in scientific sessions delivered by eminent national and international speakers, gaining insights into emerging trends in rehabilitation, recent clinical advancements, and contemporary approaches in physiotherapy. The students also engaged in paper and poster presentations, providing them with an opportunity to exchange knowledge and enhance their academic exposure.

The Post-Conference Workshop on Strength & Conditioning further provided hands-on practical training, enabling the students to strengthen their understanding of evidence-based approaches and develop relevant clinical skills. The programme contributed to their professional development and enhanced their preparedness to apply contemporary rehabilitation principles in their future paediatric practice.
