Under the patronage of Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research, a special medical camp was held at the Government Primary School in Purusai village on 24.07.2024. The special medical camp was organized by Meenakshi Medical College & Hospital in coordination with the Department of Community Medicine, in collaboration with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and the National Service Scheme. Specialists in Orthopedics, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology provided examinations and diagnoses. The camp also monitored patients’ blood pressure, blood sugar levels, hemoglobin levels, and urinary protein and sugar levels. Total of 109 beneficiaries benefitted from the camp.
