In commemoration of World Blood Donor Day (June 14), Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, a constituent unit of Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER), organized a Blood Donation Campaign on 12th June 2025. The initiative was held in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Guindy.
The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who demonstrated a strong sense of social responsibility and compassion. Their voluntary contributions will go a long way in supporting critical healthcare needs and saving lives, reflecting the true essence of community service and humanitarian values.
The event not only raised awareness about the importance of regular blood donation but also inspired a spirit of solidarity and selflessness among the participants.
