Intern students of B.Sc. Anaesthesia Technology and B.Sc. Physician Assistant from Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences actively participated in a Free Medical Camp conducted at Ayyampettai Cheri, Ranipet, on 14th February 2026.
During the camp, the students played a vital role in supporting the healthcare team by recording patient vitals, conducting preliminary clinical assessments, assisting in patient screening procedures, and providing basic health education under the supervision of faculty members and medical professionals. Their dedicated involvement ensured smooth coordination and efficient patient care throughout the outreach programme.
The initiative offered the interns valuable hands-on clinical exposure and meaningful interaction with patients from diverse backgrounds. This practical experience significantly enhanced their clinical skills, communication abilities, and understanding of community-oriented healthcare delivery.
The enthusiastic participation of the students underscores a strong commitment to community service and holistic healthcare education, while fostering compassion, responsibility, and professional competence among future healthcare providers.
