Internal Quality Assurance Cell- Meenakshi Ammal Dental College and Hospital (IQAC-MADC) organized a guest lecture on “NEP 2020’S CONTRIBUTION TO HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT” from 1.30 -3.00 P.M. in lecture hall II. The aim of the workshop was to elaborate the NEP2020 policies and its role in improving the quality of higher education institute.

The Department of Public Health Dentistry celebrated “World Oral Health Day” on 20/03/2024 at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College and Hospital creating awareness on the importance of oral health and oral hygiene. An oral health screening and awareness camp was organized by the Department of Pedodontics , Meenakshi Ammal Dental College at Whiz Juniors Preschool, Teynampet comprising 42 children. Oral health screening was done and treatment plan was elicited and explained individually for each child. Oral hygiene instructions were reinforced to the children.
