Dr Jaideep Mahendra, Director of Postgraduate studies and Professor, Department of Periodontology, Meenakshi Ammal Dental College and Hospital, Chennai becomes the first woman Indian dentist to receive the highest degree “DSc: Doctorate of Science in Dentistry (Periodontology)” from the Chancellor, Sri Ramachandra University and appreciation by Dr Atul Goel, Director General of Health Services, Govt of India, New Delhi on 26th October 2023.
