The Placement Cell of Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER), in association with Meenakshi College of Arts and Science (MCAS), successfully organized a Three-Day Faculty Development Training Programme from 8th to 10th June 2026 in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation. The programme brought together 49 faculty members from various constituent colleges of MAHER, all committed to enhancing teaching effectiveness, innovation, and professional excellence in higher education.
The training programme was designed to equip educators with contemporary teaching methodologies, practical tools, and innovative strategies to enrich the learning experience and strengthen academic outcomes. Through interactive sessions, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities, participants gained valuable insights into effective pedagogy, learner engagement, and professional development.
MAHER expressed its sincere appreciation to Mr. Sunil K and the Wadhwani Foundation team for conceptualizing and delivering a highly enriching learning experience. The programme provided faculty members with opportunities to refine their academic practices, enhance their professional competencies, and explore innovative approaches to teaching and mentoring students.
The success of the programme was made possible through the active participation and support of the Management, Deans, Principals, and faculty members from the constituent colleges. Their enthusiasm and commitment significantly contributed to achieving the objectives of the training programme.
