The Training and Placement Committee of Meenakshi College of Allied Health Sciences (MCAHS), in collaboration with the Magic Bus India Foundation, successfully organized an Eight-Day Career Training Programme for III Year undergraduate students from 29th April 2026 to 8th May 2026. The programme was designed to enhance students’ employability skills, career preparedness, and professional development.
The training sessions focused on a range of essential career-oriented topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Problem Solving, Decision Making, Time Management, Self-Awareness, and Work Ethics. The programme was delivered through interactive discussions, practical exercises, group activities, and experiential learning methods that encouraged active participation and engagement among students.
Throughout the programme, students enthusiastically participated in the various sessions, gaining valuable insights into workplace expectations, professional behavior, and emerging technologies. The activity-based learning approach enabled participants to develop critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, all of which are essential for success in today’s competitive professional environment.
The programme successfully achieved its objective of equipping students with vital life skills, professional competencies, and career-oriented knowledge. It provided a strong foundation for their future academic pursuits and career aspirations, while enhancing their confidence and readiness to meet the challenges of the evolving healthcare and professional sectors.
