Prof. Dr. Pushpa Nagini Sripada, Director, Centre for Online Education and Head, Department of English, Meenakshi College of Arts and Science (MCAS), MAHER, Chennai, was invited as the Chief Guest and Resource Person for the Five-Day International Faculty Development Programme (FDP) organized by the Department of English, New Prince Shri Bhavani College of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous), Chennai.
During the programme, she delivered an expert session on “Artificial Intelligence in English Language Teaching: Practical Classroom Applications.” The session focused on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in language education and demonstrated innovative AI-powered tools that can be effectively integrated into English language teaching and learning. She highlighted practical classroom applications that enhance student engagement, personalize learning experiences, and support educators in developing technology-enabled teaching strategies.
