A successful Blood Donation Camp was organized at Meenakshi Medical College Hospital & Research Institute (MMCHRI) by the Department of Blood Bank in collaboration with the NSS Unit.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, staff, students, and NSS volunteers, reflecting a strong spirit of humanity, service, and social responsibility. A total of 21 voluntary donors generously donated blood in support of this noble cause.
The event was further inspired by the active participation of the Dean, the Professor and Head of the Department of Anatomy, and the NSS Coordinator, whose involvement motivated many young volunteers to step forward and contribute to the lifesaving initiative.
The blood donation camp served as an important awareness platform highlighting the significance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives and supporting emergency healthcare services.
