Patient Safety Cell and Department of microbiology, MMCHRI conducted the celebration of “World Patient Safety Week 2024” with the theme of “Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety” from 18/09/2024 to 23/09/2024. Also the Medication Safety Day was conducted by the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee and Department of Pharmacology with the theme of “Awareness on Sale Medication Policies” on 20/09/2024.
