NSS of Faculty of Humanities and science, in collaboration with India Turns Pink , organized “Pink Saree Walk” a breast cancer awareness program at the Chennai airport on 17th October 2024, as part of the Pinktober initiative. Student volunteers from FHS participated in a vibrant “Pink Saree Walk,” symbolizing solidarity with breast cancer survivors and promoting awareness of breast health. The program was a success, raising awareness and encouraging proactive breast care measures.
