Student Grievance Redressal Committee of Meenakshi Medical College Hospital & Research Institute organized an awareness programme for 2nd year 2023-2024 Batch on Students Grievance Redressal. The programme was designed to educate students about the SGRC’s purpose, functions, and how to utilize its services. Dr. R. Jayanthi, Co-ordinator of the Students Grievances Redressal Committee, delivered the welcome address. Prof. Dr. K.V. Rajasekhar, Dean, delivered the inaugural address, officially commencing the programme and emphasizing the importance of addressing student grievances. Dr. Muthubabu, committee member, discussed an overview of the Students Grievances Redressal Committee including Purpose and functions of the SGRC and Types of grievances handled by the SGRC. A dedicated segment facilitated open discussion among students on topics related to grievances, concerns, and the SGRC. This allowed students to share their perspectives and experiences. Dr. Betty delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all speakers, attendees, and organizers for their participation in the programme.
