Department of Research, MAHER organized an Hands-on Training Program on High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) on 7th August 2023. The event aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of HPLC techniques, applications, and hands-on experience in operating HPLC . The workshop was led by experts: Mr.Bharathiraja and Mr.Mohamed Nabiel from Spinco Biotech Pvt., Ltd., which is a renowned Biotech company in the field of chromatography. 20 participants attended the session.
The workshop oriented the participants to the fundamental principles, techniques, and applications of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography. Participants were told to operate the instruments, perform sample injections, acquire chromatographic data and analyze and optimize separation parameters. This practical experience was invaluable in enhancing participants’ confidence and competence in utilizing HPLC techniques.
