MAHER – FHS & Centre for Online Education organized a one-day faculty orientation program on “SWAYAM PRABHA & SWAYAM MOOC – An integrated part of Education” on 4th April 2024 at IIC Hall from 10.30 am onwards. Around 34 FHS Faculties and Research Scholars took active participation in the session. Resource person Dr Arulchelvan Sriram, Director, EMRC, Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of Media Sciences, Anna University, Chennai delivered an invited talk on “Digital Education. After a short break, the session was continued by Dr. Dhamodharan Umapathy, Academic Coordinator (Tamil Nadu chapter), DAKSH SWAYAM PRABHA & MOOCs, EMRC, UGC-CEC, Anna University, and Chennai. Our faculty members were educated about the Swayam platform and e-content development. Feedback was collected and e-certificates were issued to the faculty members.
