Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, MAHER celebrated Samvidhan Divas for 1st year AHS students on 23.11.2024 at MADC campus, Maduravoyal and for II & III year AHS students on 26.11.2024 at MMCHRI, Kancheepuram campus to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr .S. V. Rakesh Ayyappan B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons) Advocate at Madras High Court and Expert in Criminal Matters who delivered an insightful address on the importance of the Constitution in shaping the democratic and legal framework of the country. As part of the celebrations, a solemn Pledge Ceremony was organized, around 230 students of both the campus and faculty members took a collective oath to honour and uphold the principles laid down in the Constitution. The pledge was led by Prof Dr. V. Ramnath Principal, Prof. Dr. K. S. Sridevi Sangeetha VP academics and Dr. B. Durga VP admin of FAHS encouraged students to not only understand the significance of the Constitution but also to embody its values in their daily lives. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Swetha .M Assistant professor, Department of Microbiology.
