The Training, Placement, and Career Guidance Committee of Meenakshi Ammal dental college and Hospital organized an informative program for internship batch students, focusing on exploring opportunities in Germany after completing Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses. Dr. Saurabh Agarwal, MS (Orthopedic), delivered a keynote address, sharing valuable insights on the opportunities available in Germany for BDS and MDS completed graduates. He discussed the various master’s degrees available in Germany after BDS, emphasizing the mandatory language clearance exams and levels of language proficiency . Additionally, Dr. Agarwal outlined the process of obtaining a license to practice in Germany.
Around 50 interns participated in the interactive program, clarifying doubts and queries regarding career prospects in Germany. The session highlighted the importance of language proficiency for success in Germany, emphasizing that Germany offers diverse opportunities for dental graduates and that master’s degrees enhance career prospects. This program empowered interns with knowledge and inspiration to explore global career opportunities.
